PV Project Manager

Grenergy Renovables is a Spanish company created in 2007, an independent producer of energy from renewable sources, mainly wind and photovoltaic, which has been listed on the Continuous Market since 2019. Our business model covers all phases of the project, from development, going through the construction and financial structuring to the operation and maintenance of the plants. We currently have a strong presence in LATAM (Chile, Peru, Argentina, Mexico and Colombia) as well as in Europe (Spain, Italy and UK).

Currently due to our growth, we are looking to strengthen the Development department in Rome with a Project Manager.

Your day:

• Develop utility scale PV/storage projects as a part of the development team.
• Verify projects opportunities, according to the internal manual of the company, including land verification, environmental and spatial planning conditions.
• Manage external service providers for project development.
• Support the Project Coordinator in all permitting procedures, including contact with local governance and other public authorities.
• Help the Project Coordinator in managing internal (eventual) due diligence of third parties’ projects.
• Gathering information and preparing necessary reports (including input to the budget, schedules, and others).

Requirements:

• Engineering degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar responsibilities.
• Experience in renewable energy projects and permitting.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Italian. Spanish would be an asset.
• Collaborative, proactive and team player who partners well with others.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel.
