MISSION :

As part of the development of our entity Abylsen Italy, specialized in Transport (automotive, aeronautics, defense, space and rail), Heavy Industry (metallurgy, steel plant), Energy and IT, we are looking for a Product Quality Engineer – Manufacturing field to integrate our team of consultants and bring your expertise on all our projects.

What is the challenge?

ACTIVITY :

• Ensure Product compliance with customer standards, internal and customer specifications, norms and regulations.
• Ensure the Quality of product/process developments, within one or more project teams.
• Manage and improve Quality control processes.
• Implement problem-solving methods to address non-conformities and product defects.
• Be responsible for defining the project's quality objectives and identifying potential risks that could affect the achievement of these objectives.
• Be responsible for the project documentation and the presentation of these documents during project committees (internal and clients)
• Control the conformity on Development processes and Manage Quality Assurance file (PPAP)

PROFILE :

The ideal candidate has a Master's degree in Engineering and at least 3 years’ experience as a Product Quality Engineer.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Previous experience as a product quality engineer, ideally in the Automotive, Aerospace, or Manufacturing sectors.
• Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001.
• Skills in data analysis and use of quality tools (FMEA, SPC, etc.).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• English and Italian languages are MANDATORY
