    - REMARKABLE ALLURE BY #BERLUTI - Redefining the iconography of the Maison, Berluti’s latest proposal puts the spotlight on the pieces that form an elevated wardrobe. A new take on the Maison’s most emblematic shoe designs, the Alto Alessandro lace-up and the Alto Andy loafer complement their patinated Venezia leather construction with an assertive outsole. Workwear rises to new heights of refinement as classic raw denim is rendered in jeans and jackets. Made of ultra soft, fabric-like suede, a blouson becomes the star of the ready-to-wear show. Meanwhile, Leather goods showcase the craftsmanship of Berluti, from patinated Venezia leather to engraved Scritto motifs. A Scritto Canvas Open Tote bag completes any look with elegant simplicity. Compact yet spacious, the Formula 1005 rolling suitcase and the Overnight bag bring an understated edge to your travels, creating a remarkable allure. - SUPPORTING YOUNG PROFESSIONALS' EMPLOYABILITY: #BERLUTI OPENS ITS DOORS TO STUDENTS SEEKING APPRENTICESHIPS - Each year, we welcome around thirty students through apprenticeship programs. By combining theoretical education with hands-on experience in the professional field, we believe that this training positively shapes the future of these young talents. On April 10th, we welcomed students from Grenoble Ecole de Management, all looking for apprenticeship opportunities for the upcoming academic year. From our vibrant Parisian headquarters, our HR teams immersed them in the realm and culture of our Maison, and unveiled the intricacies of a successful recruitment process. Last but not least, our guests also met three alumni, who are now thriving in different departments such as Sales Merchandising, Retail Merchandising, and HR at Berluti. An enlightening conversation about diverse and inspiring career paths. A warm thank you to our teams and our speakers, Gracia AHOYO, Charlotte Buso, Elisa Chevalier, Yasmine MAANINOU, Isabelle Porthault - Pic-Pâris, and Anne Wimmer, whose commitment plays an essential role in strengthening the employability of the younger generations. - #BERLUTI INTRODUCES THE ART OF PATINA TO THE NEXT GENERATION -  At the core of LVMH’s legacy lie over 280 expertises, celebrating Creativity, Craftsmanship and Customer Excellence. Established by LVMH, the initiative ‘Les Métiers d’Excellence’ is a pledge to preserve these timeless skills. Among them, the Patina on leather. In the 1980s, amidst a sea of ubiquitous black and brown shoes, Olga Berluti sparked a revolution in men’s footwear. She perfected a unique technique, melding precise gestures with creams and natural colour pigments, infusing leather with depth and character. The art of patina was born. On March 19th, as part of Berluti’s involvement in the ‘Excellent’ program, our Ferrara workshop teams met with 42 students from the ‘Liceo Artistico - Dosso Dossi’ High School. After a dive into LVMH and Berluti’s rich heritage, the participants delved hands-on into the patina technique. They practiced on leather scraps meticulously cut to mirror the silhouette of the Alessandro model. A special thank you to Alice Tavaniello, Francesca Messina, Francesca Marchioni, Giulia Rosini, Nicla Giovanelli and Pietro CENTOLANI. Through its dedication, our team has not only inspired the younger generation but also perpetuated unique knowledge. #BERLUTI #COMMITMENTATBERLUTI #LIFEATBERLUTI #METIERSDEXCELLENCE #LVMH
