Italian Multinational Company located in the north province of Novara, is hiring their next Operations Director able to lead multisite operations to the next level, leveraging on a blend of solid engagement and CNC machinery technical skills.

The group has a turnover of approximately 200M USD with less than 1000 employees, exporting 80% of their production globally.
Description
The next Multisite Operations Director, reporting directly to the CEO and having around 10 functional reports for each location, will be responsible of the following tasks:
Defining and implementing production budgets for the group's sites
supervising the production activities across all industrial sites in the mechanical engineering sector to ensure efficiency and quality in accordance with planning and required quality standards
controlling and supervising function results through data analysis and dedicated reporting to ensure KPI compliance.
defining warehouse budgets and monitoring their adherence, as well as supervising the planning of all supply chain phases to ensure a high level of On-Time Delivery
enhancing the technical and managerial skills of direct reports through a culture of measurement and improvement is also crucial
Maintaining high standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental performance is essential.
Profile
The ideal Operations Director, owns a degree in engineering and at least ten years of experience managing complex industrial plants in the mechanical engineering sector, preferably in a multi-plant environment.
Experience in overseeing production sites and managing planning processes is required. A strong strategic vision and analytical capabilities, excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills, and knowledge of lean manufacturing principles are essential.
Understanding of safety regulations and HSE practices, strong leadership and team management skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are also necessary.
