Junior Project Manager, Personalization

You will Coordinate Zegna MTM projects related to training programs, Marketing strategy, CRM, communication and other cross-functional initiatives in order to develop Zegna Made To Measure business in a new omnichannel configuration.

In This Role, You Will

• Coordinate MTM training project ensuring: a) support Global and Local Academies; b) production of seasonal/continuative MTM materials; c) alignment with other training functions (Head of Academy and Retail Training) to share practices and materials/communication tools;
• Create content for MTM engagement and community initiatives, managing platform and communication network;
• Develop the communication strategy of global MTM retention programs and contests;
• Liaise with Visual Merchandising in order to support MTM visual strategy and take part to global visual and sales project;
• Work directly with CRM in the implementation, maintenance and expansion of MTM client database;
• Be the point of reference of MTM Department for: a) projects timeline definition; b) projects budget monitoring; c) communication with other ZEGNA departments and suppliers at a global level.

• Degree
• At least 3-4 years in similar roles, in the luxury industry
• Italian, English and eventual other languages
• Time and process/project management abilities
• Strong passion for luxury
• Good analytical attitude (linked with an advanced level in excel)
• International mindset
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent knowledge of Power point/keynote
• Good knowledge of Vido and images editing is a plus
