🌿 JOIN OUR TEAM

We’re looking for the right candidate to:

• Manage OWAY Marketing Projects: responsible for the projects’ planning and coordination;
• Control and manage the action plan to accomplish the business development according to the brand’s guidelines;
• Coordinate the corporate departments (Product Marketing, Trade Marketing, Communication, Graphic Department, Education, Retail ), ensuring all the activities of each of them respect the timing of the transversal plan, shared and defined;
• Supervise and monitor that the execution of the projects is aligned with the brand’s strategy agreed with the Border (or “direction”), ensuring deadlines are met to finalize the plan;
• Report directly to the Directors, providing recommendations to inform strategic decision-making;
• Use data analytics to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.

🌿 You’re the right candidate if you:

• Have 5+ years of relevant experience in coordinating SMEs internal departments;
• Have the ability to work to develop relationships and meet targets at the executive level;
• Have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
• Are results-oriented, analytical, self-motivated person with a proven ability to meet objectives and targets;
• Have the ability to handle independently unexpected challenges, maintaining composure and making informed decisions;
• Are motivated to grow and thrive in a dynamic environment.
