The Knack Collective by METIS

I’m starting a new position as Mentor/Special Advisor at The Knack Collective by METIS! The amazing, rewarding years at HOPE foundation have provided numerous examples of the value of inter-dependence and that a person or community can be made more complete by their environment. I consider myself fortunate to have had the opportunity to be an ambassador for those in need. My endeavour will be to pay it forward. I look forward to collaborating with Preeti Singh, while curating meaningful engagements.

I’m delighted to share that our growing Collective gained two senior and absolutely invaluable members over the blessed Eid weekend. What’s more, we have our first “special senior” — someone who truly believes that what we’re doing has the potential to sparkle! 1) I’m thrilled to welcome Sanjay Roye AVSM VSM as “Mentor and Special Advisor” and Shivraj Parshad as “Senior Advisor — Executive Coaching”. Admiral Roye, has graciously offered his precious experience as a highly-decorated officer with pioneering leadership roles in the Indian Navy to our growing venture. He is a creative force of nature — published author, photographer extraordinaire, executive coach, master strategist — and his work in the field of social impact + brimming positivity, will not just help us build our executive coaching practice, build on the work we’re doing in the fields of sustainability, ESG, public policy, change leadership and high-impact communication but also act as a powerful guiding force for all of it! 2) Shivraj is the quintessential Dosco to my Welhamite as a year senior from my boarding school days, as the Star News reporter-editor to my IDSA nerd, as the seasoned NDTV journo to my newbie HT print media days, my fellow communication & grammar geek and podcaster. He is a friend, above all else, who also brings oodles of experience and great cheer to help us build our executive coaching, customised business communication interventions, PR and outreach practices. He has been an invaluable sounding board and cheerleader during my long hiatus, and I’m truly happy we will continue to work together!
