Nexteer INTC Celebrates Women Shaping Mobility!   On Friday, July 5th, 2024, the SAE India Bengaluru Section hosted the Shift Forward: Women Shaping Mobility conference at the Taj MG Road in Bengaluru. Nexteer INTC was a gold sponsor and had an opportunity to display some of our products in the stall✨   This one-day event brought together innovators, and experts from the mobility sector, with a special focus on empowering women. Let’s dive into the highlights:   Keynote Speaker: Dr. Nigar Shaji, Director of the Aditya Mission at ISRO, inspired the audience with her insights.   Panel Discussions & Fireside Chats: The conference featured three engaging panel discussions and two fireside chats. Topics ranged from business and engineering leadership to AI, startups, and project management.   Usha HV Insights: Our Executive Director, Usha Holalkere, participated in a thought-provoking panel discussion titled “The Future of Innovation: Global Technical Centers in India.” She along with Bindu Santha Philip and Armelle Guerin shared their experiences and vision for the industry. The session was moderated by @Rashmi Gopala Rao.   Industry Challenges & Opportunities: Discussions explored net neutrality, safety, and the role of regulations in shaping the future of mobility.   Collaboration: Supported by Nexteer, Volvo, Continental, Bosch, and MathWorks, the conference collaborated with the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) to amplify its impact.   This event helped the attendees to connect, learn, and found mentors to support their career journeys. The event aimed to foster an empowering environment for women in mobility. Let’s celebrate the achievements of women in mobility and continue to shape the future together! 🚗 🥂

We are eager for SAE India Bengaluru section’s 'Shift Forward Women Shaping Mobility!' The panel discussion titled – 'The Future of Innovation: Global Technical Centers in India' is sure to spark numerous thought-provoking concepts and ideas. The lineup of speakers is truly inspiring, featuring women leaders who have made significant contributions to the field. We believe that by coming together, we can drive positive change and create a more inclusive and dynamic future for mobility. 

Today marks the end of our color-coded Wednesdays, which we have been celebrating as part of Pride month. To mark the occasion, we all dressed in blue at Nexteer INTC today! We blended shades of turquoise, indigo, and violet into the blue spectrum, symbolizing art, harmony, and soul. Blue, known for its calming and soothing qualities, aligns perfectly with our values at INTC. 🌈 As OneNexteer, we aim to embrace our diversities and respect everyone's choices, backgrounds, physical capabilities and appearances. Creating a harmonious and empathetic environment is key to reaching our goals together as a team. Happy International Yoga Day from Nexteer INTC to everyone! Yoga is not just a form of workout; it embodies a way of life fostering a balance between the mind and body. At Nexteer INTC, we engaged in chair yoga session and learned breathing techniques from manu chidananda. Exploring the essence of yoga, we had our queries on yoga and meditation addressed as well. While desk-bound work is inevitable, understanding proper postures and ways to stay active are crucial values we uphold. Nexteer INTC aims to establish a 'well-being workplace' (a term we are coining!) – where the safety and health of our 'people- our pillars' holds utmost importance. Here’s to wellness and mindfulness!

As part of the ongoing Pride Month celebrations, we all wore red to office today. Red symbolizes life, and at INTC, one of our core cultural principles is centered around "People."
