Maharashtra WICCI Coaching Council recently concluded an impactful workshop for 27 Women Leaders at Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd marking a significant milestone as the first of its kind. The workshop was expertly designed and facilitated by Mamata Asthana, Vibha Chokhani MBA ACC, and Shikha Bharucha, Ph.D., ACC (ICF). The feedback we received was overwhelmingly positive, with many participants highlighting the actionable insights they gained. Our goal was to foster #selfawareness and provide a space for deep reflection, equipping these budding women leaders with the inner resourcefulness necessary to navigate their challenges with #confidence and #influence. The journey for these women has just begun, and we are glad we could play a small part in igniting a spark. It was truly inspiring to witness the enthusiasm and engagement from all the participants. The Maharashtra WICCI Coaching Council has done it again! Since our inception in 2020, we've been dedicated to making coaching accessible to women and championing its transformative power. Our latest Shakti workshop saw 13 women from an engineering organization experience the profound impact of coaching. Led by Charu Singh and co-facilitated by Neeti Mehta and Dr. Veenapani Shivkumar, the journey from self-discovery to empowerment for these women, has been truly heartwarming. Our President Shikha Bharucha, is a Leadership Coach (ACC, ICF) and a Talent Management Consultant with over 20 years of global experience. She specializes in diagnosing leadership behavior and personality through assessment centers, 360 feedback, Hogans, DISC profiles, and other psychometric tools. Additionally, Shikha excels in leadership development and executive coaching, having spent over 500 hours coaching senior executives. She is particularly passionate about coaching women leaders, entrepreneurs, and self-starters Shwetha Sivaraman, our Vice President, is a corporate banker turned self-mastery coach, passionate about maximizing life for herself and others. She founded ‘Being Meraklis’ in her quest to understand what it takes to live a good life and support others in their journey of becoming. Through podcasts, workshops, and coaching, she facilitates the journey from self-awareness to self-transformation, so high achievers can find both success and peace. We would also like to thank the outgoing President Vibha Chokhani for steering our council forward over the past year. As Simon Sinek said, "Leadership is not about being in charge. Ekta Marda discovered her passion for wildlife photography, breaking barriers to capture remarkable moments in nature, now striving to bring the untold stories of heroic women in the forest to light through her film "Noors of Wildlife". Seema Chaudhary, hailing from a family of vegetable sellers in Delhi, defied societal norms to become a skilled driver, navigating through challenges to pursue her dreams, now finding fulfillment in her role as a truck driver in Pune. Charvi Budhdeo - She is a distinguished Expressive Arts Therapist with a Master's degree in Expressive Arts Therapy and a minor in Psychology from the European Graduate School, Switzerland. Her immersive Expressive Arts Workshop, "Embodying Courage, Resilience, and Grit," allowed participants to explore these profound themes through creative movement, visual art, and poetry.
