We asked her a few questions: ❓How did you get started in your career?  I started working in the ICL Bromine Compounds about two years ago and since then I have been learning and improving every day with the help of my manager and the professionals I’m surrounded by.    ❓Can you describe how you approach your daily responsibilities?  I check for any abnormalities in the process on a daily basis, solving the existing problems and trying to implement new ideas that will help to increase high-quality production rate. ❓What qualities do you believe are essential for your job?  Analytical skills like logical reasoning, solving problems, critical thinking, and good social skills. .   ❓What do you find most rewarding about your job? Investing my efforts and getting high results, and being surrounded by professionals and dedicated people.
