After months of expansive growth, we decided to celebrate Ceartas’ third birthday with a company offsite in Portugal. It was so exciting seeing most of the team together in the same place for the first time, with some even having their first day at their new job abroad! We used this opportunity to welcome newcomers, go over some much needed system and process updates, as well as get to know each other's communication styles and values. We had a bit of work, a bit of fun, and loads of quality time that primed us all for a more optimised approach to working here at Ceartas! 🎂🎉
