From 3-5 July 2024, RDI participated as an exhibitor at the Green Economy Expo 2024, organized by Bappenas. The RDI team, consisting of Hoferdy Zawani, Michael Hutahaean, Maya Larasati, Baihaqi Muhammad, Ghina Aria Mardiyah, and Grehasta Rerhalika, represented RDI and engaged with many visitors and other exhibitors, such as the Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI), Greeneration Foundation, ICCTF, BPDLH, and GGGI, among others. The event commenced on the first day with the ceremonial launch of two key roadmaps: the Circular Economy Roadmap and Action Plan, and the Food Loss and Waste Management Roadmap. Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas Republic of Indonesia included stakeholders from the embassy, private sector, and other ministries in the signing ceremony, symbolizing a collaborative and comprehensive approach. Throughout the event, there were also talk shows discussing technology, innovation, and circularity advancement in various topics, including the textile industry's circular economy, accelerating decarbonization, green investment, and food loss and waste to achieve the net zero emissions target.
