#RequestforProposal Consultancy Services – Core Tax Administration System (CTAS) National Deployment Readiness Prospera is seeking the services of a qualified consulting firm to provide consultancy services and technical advice on the preparation for a national deployment of the new Core Tax Administration System (CTAS) covering project management, quality assurance, and business readiness. The Consultant will assist Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) in the area of Project Management (to ensure project governance and execution) and Quality Management (to ensure all deliverables, products, software, systems, and other relevant outputs produced by the CTAS System Integrator have met the specified requirements/acceptance criteria and fulfilled the provisions stipulated in the System Integrator Contract and applicable laws and regulations). When requested, the Consultant shall also support DGT in monitoring the progress and alignment of Business Readiness activities (i.e., data, user, and support) for nationwide CTAS deployment.
