Dapet tendangan di perut hari ini. Sebuah reminder buat gue untuk gak berhenti buat berjuang. Tahun ini, HMNS udah 5 tahun. Achieving mimpi-mimpi yang dulu rasanya gak mungkin. Shifting the industry to be really competitive & exciting. If there is one thing I could share. Being consistent & ngejaga apinya tetep nyala is always the hardest part. Kalo yg jadi patokan sukses itu cuma financial gain, di satu poin gw pernah ngaca & ngomong ke diri sendiri.. "Lo cari apa lagi sih ky? Udah lah cukup kali." Tapi hari ini, gue disadarin lagi. Growing business should be a selfless act. It's not about me. My happiness & purpose now lies di hal-hal lain. Tim hmns yang growing secara posisi, skill, & finansial. Resource yang kita bisa pakai untuk donasi & impact positif. Vendor yang happy karena kebantu punya client kaya kita. Impact di industri lokal yang mungkin gak seberapa tapi bisa inspire the movement. Orang2 yang menaruh harapan sama brand ini. And ultimately, customer yang bisa appreciate semua karya yang kita buat dari hati, kaya di foto dm ini. I'm gonna start this year with a reminder. That only when you're completely done from your selfish needs. Will you realize that passion is not about doing what you love.
