Our team is growing! Digital venture is now looking for an Executive, Digital Performance to work with our Digital teams to demonstrate the business acumen, growth mindset, and high-level entrepreneurial savvy to build and accelerate the growth loops from acquisition, and retention to monetization.



As an Executive of Digital Performance team in Digital venture, you will report to the Manager in-charge of managing channels - CRM campaigns and Paid Media for all of The Club's digital properties and business objectives. Your typical day could be a combination of the followings:


  • Work with cross-functional departments to develop our lifecycle marketing communications and campaigns across owned channels (email, push notification, SMS,MMS, etc) based on marketing automation platform
  • Build and develop the growth models using growth loops to scale our business, from concept to completion, report and calculate the success metrics (e.g. Open Rate, CTR) and make recommendations for improvement
  • Take marketing briefs and analyze the database to generate audience segments for setting up the automated workflow / campaign in Adobe Campaign with imported data and segments
  • Work collaboratively with team members to manage campaign progress and recommend modifications and optimizations e.g. Data import, HTML email building etc.
  • Utilize data visualization tool (e.g. Google data studio, Datorama, Adobe Analytics) to create dashboards to monitor performance of campaigns on different channels
  • Regularly generate detailed reporting on campaign performance by reading Google Analytics Data, CRM Data and excel data reports
  • Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned


What you need to have as the essentials:

  • 1 - 2 years of experience as a market analyst, business analyst or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and have creative problem-solving dexterity
  • Knowledge of basic digital campaign performance metrics, attribution modelling and tagging
  • Ability to modify HTML/CSS in the email designer tool
  • Google Analytics knowledge is required; exposure to Adobe Analytics, Google Data Studio and Big Query is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SQL is a plus;
  • Proficiency in all standard Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must have both English and Chinese literacy; proficiency in Cantonese
  • Immediate available is an advantage
