We hit pause ⏸️ took a deep breath and focused. A few days ago we celebrated #WorldWellbeingWeek 2024 through a series of activities that promoted wellness and celebrated our amazing people. We held nutrition and mindfulness sessions. We also turned up the action a notch and saw how incredible everyone is, killing it on the dance floor in our zumba sessions and on the yoga mats. We should do this more often...! The massage therapy sessions were a hit for their relaxing vibes, while the delicious melekouni* added some local flavour. 🙏 A big thank you to our wonderful instructors and everyone who participated.
