Άρθρο μου στην ΚΑΘΗΜΕΡΙΝΗ ΚΥΡ_ΟΙΚΟΝΟΜΙΚΑ | «Ο Νόμος για την Αποκατάσταση της Φύσης στην Ευρώπη» Η έγκριση του νόμου για την αποκατάσταση της φύσης από το Συμβούλιο της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης ανοίγει νέες προοπτικές για την αποκατάσταση οικοσυστημάτων στην Ελλάδα και την προσέλκυση πράσινων επενδύσεων μέσω της Enterprise Greece. Στις 17 Ιουνίου 2024, το Συμβούλιο της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης έδωσε την τελική έγκρισή του για τον νόμο, που στοχεύει στην αποκατάσταση τουλάχιστον 20% των χερσαίων και θαλάσσιων περιοχών της Ε.Ε. έως το 2030 και όλων των υποβαθμισμένων οικοσυστημάτων έως το 2050. Τα οικονομικά οφέλη για την Ελλάδα αφορούν αφενός στην ενίσχυση του τουρισμού, στη δημιουργία νέων θέσεων εργασίας και στην αύξηση της παραγωγικότητας στη γεωργία και την αλιεία, και αφετέρου στη μείωση των κινδύνων από φυσικές καταστροφές όπως πλημμύρες και πυρκαγιές.
