Wood is recruiting for a National Maintenance Planner who will join the Offshore/Onshore team in Equatorial Guinea on a 28x28 rotational basis. Please note this role is for EG nationals only.
The incumbent will be building and issuing planning schedules and managing the CMMS database (Computerized Maintenance Management System) administration and improvement, to include work orders, spare part location, ordering, tracking, asset assignment and frequency. Integrated Asset planning for short and long range plans.
Responsibilities
Comprehensive working knowledge of the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to include work orders, spare part location, ordering, tracking, asset assignment and frequency
Organize and support weekly planning and daily review meetings, issue agreed plans and action logs, ensure necessary information is available offshore.
Develops and produces short and long term plans (90day, 1-3 year)
Develops and Produces Integrated Asset plans. Detail focused and ability to understand complex interacting activities.
Offshore/Onshore owner of look ahead and project plans, ensuring that all planned and corrective maintenance is effectively scheduled to meet requirements taking in to account the activities in the asset plan and associated vendor requirements.
Ensure any conflict in respect to resources is highlighted to the relevant parties
Provide technical knowledge and experience in evaluating and resolving planning clashes, exploiting opportunities, and optimizing available resources.
Co-ordination and scheduling of all Maintenance, Operations and Construction activities to avoid unnecessary conflicts and ensure maximum plan attainment with efficient use of resources
Ensure that all Maintenance, Construction and QA records and histories are maintained accurately and up to date, including necessary documentation on pressure vessels, PSV's and other information pertaining to the Certifying Authority
Recommends improvements to maintenance record keeping and reporting
Generate all PM's for both the topsides and subsea equipment and the subsea.
Review corrective work requests with operations and maintenance to ensure the information provided is correct and adequate,
Builds an accurate and detailed work plan that defines the various crafts required and the associated man-hours required for each craft,
Verify required materials are staged and available for work execution,
Resource for locating drawings, manuals, etc.
Ensures completed work orders have adequate field completion notes and are closed in a timely manner
Contacting vendors and OEM when additional information is required
Assists other personnel with equipment repairs and other duties assigned by Supervisor
Use self-learning techniques to continually progress in your role and responsibilities
Completes work in a manner consistent with Environmental Health & Safety policies and procedures
Participates as appropriate with other personnel to promote safety and optimize operating efficiency
Lead by example, and mentor other personnel with Environmental Health & Safety policies and procedures
Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and personal hygiene
Extensive offshore experience as a maintenance planner and some experience of being offshore with oil and gas planning
Expert Level Planning and scheduling (Primevera P6., MS Project, Viziya)
Expert CMMS program skills (Oracle preferred, SAP)
Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Advanced Preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance procedures.
Advanced Knowledge of M&R techniques
Knowledge of offshore oil and gas facility emergency procedures and safety systems
Ability to read, understand and follow schematics, technical manuals, procedures, P&ID’s and PFD’s
Current knowledge of industry best practices, equipment and tools
Character
Ability to positively influence and drive change in planning process.
Communicate in a clear and effective manner using written and verbal English
General Physical fitness as required for General Offshore work
