fix: Temporary remove gopath builds from CI #546

GOPATH builds are failing to download github.com/golang-jwt/jwt/v4 and as a result failing our CI tests (see go get github.com/golang-jwt/jwt/v4 with GO111MODULE=off golang-jwt/jwt#286).
Since we have opted into Go modules starting v4, it is probably safe to drop non-module builds.
I am removing the gopath builds from CI tests for now to unblock our feature development work and to buy us more time to investigate the problem.
