Mathematical model of a neuron

This folder contains .ODE files to be simulated in XPPAUT, as well as .F95 Fortran codes to be compiled and run using appropriate complilator (Visual Studio Code was used for debugging). Fortran code creates history.dat file with computed data that can be imported to any graphic program for visualisation.
