This adds the
AddPanelDropDownViewand styles for it.The current basic implementation uses a static
WorkspaceGridStateto populate and does not reflect the actual Active Workspace state.The buttons also don't currently do anything, but a subscription is already setup where the code to add the panel to the active workspace will go in the future.
