James Richardson is a multi-instrumentalist who has been a member of MGMT’s touring band since 2007, and has also contributed to their studio albums Congratulations, Little Dark Age and Loss of Life. Beginning as the band’s live drummer, he later switched to guitar duties, while also handling keyboards and backing vocals.
