How to Redeem Codes
- Login into Official Site
- Choose Server and Enter Code
You will be able to enter Redemption Codes from the Official Site. Access the site and login into the HoYoverse Account.
By using the Automatic Link the Official Site with the Redemption Code will pop up and the code is already entered in. You don't have to enter it yourself making it very easy.
After choosing the Server, your Nickname will automatically be entered in. Enter the code and choose "Redeem" to get your Mail with rewards.
- Open Game Menu
- Tap More
- Press Redemption Code and Add Code
First click on the icon in the top left, Menu. If you are playing on the PC, you can press the Esc key.
Tap the very left button on the Menu, which is the More.
Tap Redemption Code, and enter the Code which will send you an Mail with the rewards inside.

Redemption Code rewards will come through the Mail. Sometimes there is a time lag for when the mail comes through, so if you don't receive it then wait a few minutes and try again.
How to Fix When Codes is Not Working
Check Available Date & Requirement
If the code is not working try checking available dates and any requirements such as level restriction. You cannot use expired code or if you do not meet the requirement.
Each Code Can Only be Redeemed Once
Each code can only be redeemed once. Also once you've redeemed the code you cannot undo it, so be careful when you're redeeming code as some codes only lets you redeem one from multiple options.
Check HoYoverse Account to Connect
If you haven't connected your HoYoverse account then even though you enter the Redemption Codes, you will not receive rewards. Check the steps below to connect your account.
See if your Account is Connected

Wait a While and Re-enter
If none of the above works, then wait a while until you re-enter the code. There might also be a lag for the items to arrive so wait a while to see if the mail arrives late.
