We also provide a live training webinar weekly or dealers can schedule a customized training that fits their schedule.

Prequalification is a soft credit pull. It’s fast, easy and will not affect your customer’s credit score. Upon receipt of the customer’s completed credit app and signed documents, a hard inquiry on the customer’s credit (that may affect the customer's credit score) will occur.

Foundation Finance provides first and second look financing. We can approve A-B-C-D credit scores because we don’t just look at the number on the credit report, we consider the FICO credit score plus the application factors (time on job, time at residence, income, debt ratio, equity in home).

Our tiered approval system helps you close more sales, even for buyers with some credit challenges.

Available credit amount refers to the total available amount of credit for which your customer has been approved. This is often slightly above your customer’s project amount, which gives you the opportunity to upsell or modify your project estimate without having to adjust their credit application.*

*Not all customers will qualify for a higher available credit amount. Terms and conditions apply. The available credit amount is only available through the earlier of the approval expiration date or the date of project completion.
