iPhone 15 Pro Max iPhone 15 owners, what is your cycle count and battery health?

The battery was not so great since the first day I’ve use it. So disappointed!😠

At 500 Cycles this Battery will be toast. Already jumping from 10% to 1%.

The jumping is not always but it is an indication that the battery can not hold the Voltage as good as it should. I am sure both our Batteries will not last much more than 500 Cycles. Apple Care will fix it for free as soon as it gets to 79% or lower.

Before you jump 😉 to that conclusion, try a calibration:

Battery Calibration

All newly-installed smart batteries should be calibrated as soon as possible. This helps your phone or laptop get an accurate reading on the battery’s state of charge.

Although, I do admit, 87% calculated health at a third of the assumed endurance is genuinely something to occasionally monitor.

15PM here, not sure if I should be disappointed. Using the 80% charge limit since launch and always recharge at no less than 20%.

Thinking of just going back to 100% charges.

iPhone 15 256GB using i guess 30w charger depleated to 89% on 317 charge cycles. Probably not the best use. Any suggesstion on how to preserve the battery. Already using slower charger, and can't use "charge till 80%" as battery life is much needed. Also, don't have Apple care on it, so probably wont get the claim "Batteries of iPhone 15 models are designed to retain 80 percent of their original capacity at 1000 complete charge cycles under ideal conditions." by September.

Ive always use a 5w charger. Battery optimization is turned on and i charge it every night since i bought it.

Launch Day:

Only using an old 5w charger unless I am charging it in the car and I don't leave it on the charger over night.
Never doing magsafe charging since this made my 12 PM battery toast with its heat development.

Not necessarily the 30w charger has done this, that’s some cycles in the amount of days since release. You need the full 100% and more every day? How low does your battery regularly get to before being put back on charge?

wow that is a huge percentage for such a high cycle count. Almost seems like the phone is giving you an incorrect reading.

Have optimized battery charging on but charge it to 100% each morning before I head out for the day. Use whatever Apple, Anker, or Samsung fast charger is nearby.

at 91 charges now since launch day and still at 100% health.

it's not a long time since this post (2 weeks) but i'm now at 98 charges and still 100% health. I've been using my phone a lot more recently. I thought I'd see it drop to 99% by now but nope.

still only charging to 80% and charging when at ~15-20%
