Gero Panini Itaim

Gero Panini is a restaurant entirely dedicated to sandwiches. With a total area of 100 square meters, Gero Panini has a charming hall that seats up to 56 people, and the remaining 64 seats are in the outdoor area with communal tables over wooden decks, and lounges next to reflecting pools, totaling 120 seats. The contemporary concept of Sandra Sayeg's architectural project is noticeable. She suggested the use of English brick walls with touches of wood and exposed concrete – a harmonious combination with the industrial-style lamps with visible copper wires, found in Italy.The flagship choices are the Panini and Piadine, traditional Italian sandwiches. Restaurateur Gero Fasano designed the menu with the supervision of the Group’s Executive Chef, Luca Gozzani. It is faithful to what one would find in Italy and, in addition to the sandwiches, the menu also includes salads and pasta.
