A Hangover star will play an eligible bachelor on the upcoming spin-off of The Good Wife.

Justin Bartha has been cast on The Good Fight as Colin, a rising star in the State’s Attorney’s office who is also considered Chicago’s most eligible bachelor. Apparently, the romantic sparks will fly when he goes up against Lucca Quinn (Cush Jumbo) in the courtroom.

Bartha, like Jumbo, will be a series regular on the show that will air on CBS All Access in early 2017.

“Whenever you’re looking for a romantic lead, you look for someone who can play the comedy and the sexuality, but even more importantly is the intelligence,” according to a statement from Robert and Michelle King, who are executive producing the show. “And that’s what we love about Justin: he can play all three — the comedy and the sexuality, but he’s also convincing as a tough intellectual foe to Cush Jumbo in court. We couldn’t be happier.”

In addition to Jumbo, The Good Fight will star Christine Baranski, Rose Leslie, Delroy Lindo, Sarah Steele, Paul Guilfoyle, Bernadette Peters, and Erica Tazel. After kicking off with a special broadcast on CBS, The Good Fight will move to All Access.

The action will pick up one year after the events of the CBS drama’s final broadcast that aired May 8. In the new series, an enormous financial scam has destroyed the reputation of a young lawyer, Maia (Leslie), while simultaneously wiping out her mentor Diane Lockhart’s savings. Forced out of Lockhart & Lee, they join Lucca Quinn at one of Chicago’s preeminent law firms.
