Anthropology encompasses three of the subfields of anthropology (sociocultural, biological, and archaeological anthropology) that entail humanistic, social scientific, and natural scientific approaches to knowledge of humankind past and present. Heritage Studies is an interdisciplinary minor that focuses on natural heritage and the cultural legacy of the human past by examining how such heritage is reflected today in places, landscapes, and intangible aspects of culture.
