• Cooking, of course;
• You ensure that the quality is always good and improved where necessary ;
• Mise en place;
• Ensuring food safety according to the HACCP standards;
• Guest contact, because you work in an open kitchen.

have a wonderful experience. You are always ready to delight the guests with your

enthusiasm!

We Are Also Looking For

• You live in or close to Amsterdam or Amstelveen;
• You speak fluent English;
• At least 2 years of experience as an independent chef;
• Experience working in an open kitchen;
• Self-reliant, stress-resistant and you have an eye for detail.
