In This role, you'll have the opportunity to drive and enable several initiatives and you will be an integral part of Ravago's People & Culture team.

Opportunity

  • Developing People & Culture Best Practices: You'll oversee the development of our digital platform, Empowering Ravago employees to assess their skills, acquire new competencies, and explore diverse career paths;
  • Crafting and Updating Job Profiles: Utilizing your profound understanding of the Ravago Job Architecture, you'll design and refine job profiles to meet both current and future business needs. Create job descriptions, Create job clusters and family groups and finalize job title alignment.
  • Serving as a Center of Excellence: Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization, you'll ensure alignment and consistency in career paths, competencies, and roles within the Ravago ecosystem.

This role is a key contributor to our People & Culture team, reporting to the US People & Culture Leader. You'll collaborate closely with senior P&C members and contribute to significant transformation projects ensuring the application of JAD principles.

Background

  • You've worked in a context where you have cocreated a new global or regional process or tool and implemented it. You've learned how to manage complex projects with a lot of internal stakeholders and have managed them on time and within budget. You much enjoy working with colleagues form all countries, business and background.
  • Experience in Job architecture mainly in sales and industrial environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and high knowledge about organizational design.
  • Commitment to Quality: attention to detail and a dedication to delivering high-quality work are paramount.
  • Customer Focus: A commercial mindset and a focus on enhancing experiences for both internal and external stakeholders are key.
  • Based in Barcelona.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, other language will be a plus.
