Tiamulin (previously thiamutilin) is a pleuromutilin antibiotic drug that is used in veterinary medicine particularly for pigs and poultry.[1][2]

Tiamulin is a diterpene antimicrobial with a pleuromutilin chemical structure similar to that of valnemulin.[3]
