Wasn't cpen the digital reader? Or is the digital pen also called cpen? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by ChristianKarlsson.se (talkcontribs) 00:29, 29 December 2006 (UTC).[reply]

This must be wrong, C-Pen is not to work with the Digital paper (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_paper). Is C-Pen Anoto main product?
The Anoto Pen (NOT C-Pen) is to be used with the digital paper, and it do NOT use ordinary ink. Special ink with non IR reflecting properties. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Markuserlandsson (talkcontribs) 06:36, 8 June 2007 (UTC).[reply]
The Anoto pen's ink is not special. There are numerous normal inks out there with the reflective properties that the pen wants. Most black ink is not suitable, but some is. You're best using the officially suggested ink because you don't know if other ink will work well or not. Bhimaji 01:00, 3 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

>>These pens are used in optical scan voting systems in Germany.[1]<<

The pens were rejected because the Chaos Computer Club of Hamburg demonstrated how votes could be forged. Gregpalmerx (talk) 15:26, 13 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Not sure if this is the correct way to say it, but the link "Maxell Digital Pen (an earlier version might have been discontinued)" on the main page is not working (anymore). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.212.195.254 (talk) 20:04, 17 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

OID Technology

[edit]

I wonder how the OID Technology of Sonix relates to the Annoto pattern. http://www.sonix.com.tw/sonix/oidIntro.jsp —Preceding unsigned comment added by Katzlbt (talkcontribs) 20:54, 1 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
