Kallikratis--what does it mean?

To be more precise, is it the name of the guy who came up with it, or does it mean (as I suspect from the italics) "Good Government"? If so, that ought to be noted. Lockesdonkey (talk) 21:16, 16 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Actually it is a reference to the architect Callicrates - Kallikratis is the modern Greek phonetic transliteration of the name. The government probably wanted to make a point about the plan "restructuring" regional and government and what a good job it did (although that remains to be seen).
