Kenneth Ross is an American independent commercial photographer who specialized in travel, location and corporate photography. In 2005 he founded the Elisabeth Kübler-Ross Foundation and currently serves as its president. He is based in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Ken Ross received his education in the United States and Switzerland. He embarked on his photography career in Sydney, Australia, in 1985. His work has taken him to 112 countries.

Ross's photographs have been featured in numerous books published in the U.S. and Europe, including his own project, Real Taste of Life. His work has been exhibited in Phoenix, New York, Japan and Mexico. In May 2008, Ross had his first museum exhibit, a single artist show at the Museo de Historia de San Pedro, Monterrey, Mexico. He previously worked with Through Each Others Eyes (TEOE),^[1] an Arizona not-for-profit corporation, whose goal is to promote international understanding via the medium of photography.

In recent years, Ken Ross has been actively involved with the Elisabeth Kübler-Ross (EKR) Foundation, which has chapters in twelve countries and focuses on hospice care, palliative care, and grief support. In 2018, Stanford University acquired all the archives of Dr. Kübler-Ross.^[2] To mark the 50th anniversary of her book On Death & Dying, Ross participated in interviews with several media outlets, including Radiolab^[3], Irish National Radio^[4], the BBC's "Witness History"^[5] and the Australian Broadcasting Corp. (ABC), and Palliative Care Australia^[6] speaking about his mother's legacy. From 2022 to 2023, he delivered live in-person presentations in Ecuador, Guatemala, India, Mexico, Nepal, Singapore, and Uganda for the Elisabeth Kübler-Ross Foundation.

In 2023, Ross was appointed an honorary faculty member of the University of Indonesia's School of Economics. As of 2024, he serves as the vice-president of Open to Hope and is a member of the advisory council for the Humane Prison Hospice Project.

Ken Ross co-owns several trademarks^[7], including Elisabeth Kübler-Ross, and the Kübler-Ross Change Curve, through the Elisabeth Kübler-Ross Family Limited Partnership.^[8]

Kenneth Ross is the son of hospice care pioneer Dr. Elisabeth Kübler-Ross and Dr. Emanuel "Manny" Ross, who served as the director of neuropathology and the residency program in pathology at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois.^[9]
