Dr Killingan has a fully automated returns and exchanges system. However, if you would like assistance with your return, please contact our Customer Experience Team for assistance and we will gladly help you. 

Eligibility for Return or Exchange:

  • Products are eligible for exchange or return within 45 days after the delivery date. 
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging. An open outer box is acceptable, but all seals and plastic wrapping must be intact. 
  • Liquid products are not eligible for return or exchange due to health and safety restrictions.
