Day 2 at #windeuropebilbao Yesterday resulted in some new relations and offered some insights in the challenges in meeting the 42.5 % goals in 2030. Take aways Around 300,000 people presently working in the wind industry but different models show a need for doubling this number...or even more than that!!! Again it is emphasized that the race for still more MW per turbine might no be the best way to reach the goals.... Other opportunities in supply chain and research suggest other ways to improve even further the CoE and at the same time increase speed and opportunities to achieve the set goals. ... and much more.
