Person to person Apple Pay not showing up in transactions

Hi! So I had someone send me money via Apple Pay today. I can see the text message where it says the money was sent, but it’s but showing up in my Apple transactions. I’ve tried talking with Apple support, but they pretty much tell me that there’s nothing they can do since it’s not it my transactions. Any tips on how to recover the money
