Purchased Apple movie only plays in Latin!

Purchased a movie called Romulus from Apple TV. The purchase details showed available languages to be Latin, Italian and English however, when playing the movie the audio only appears in Latin there are no other language options. Going to the settings and forcing English as the primary audio is no help as every time I go back to the movie, it resets the language to Latin. There are no subtitles available for this (only an Auto option which doesn’t do anything), what can I do to watch or hear this movie in English?
