I have a Mac Studio with a third party monitor, every now and then the monitor goes dark, the sound continuos and the screen will come back if I hit a key, is there a setting that needs adjusting?
I am using Sonoma 14.1.1 It can be as often as 2 minutes or up to two hours.

That is the proper behavior for Display Sleep.
If you want to suspend all activities?
I suggest shutting down, because full Computer Sleep Mode can cause problems.
I am using Sonoma 14.1.1 It can be as often as 2 minutes or up to two hours.
You should also update to the latest version of Sonoma.
