Can I remove large files on Clean my Mac X space lens?

I am running Clean my Mac X. In Space Lens, it is showing a bunch of files that are taking a bunch of space. f12acb.mov, is taking 201.7 gigs. Then 153.02, 141.74, 141.74, 95.82, 40.63, 40.61, 39.82, 36.47, 33.59, 31.4, 16.03, 14.73 and so on. What in the heck are those files? Can I delete them?

well, based on the filename extension '.mov' they are movie files.

As to whether you can delete them or not, that's up to you. You can simply double-click on them to view the movie and then make an informed decision as to whether it's worth keeping. I don't think anyone here can make that call for you.

Did you review the files? That might provide some clue as to their source.

Files that large are unlikely to have been downloaded, so that should make it easier to triage. My daughter, for example, had a habit of recording her gaming sessions and ended up with hundreds of gigabytes of screen recording, so that's one potential avenue.
