A few days ago my NordVPN logged me out without notice and since will not let me sign in - when I press log on there is an error notice (see video).
Tried uninstalling, reinstalling, putting my AppleTV to factory settings, different iCloud account, different network settings (ethernet and Wifi) and still no luck. I am not sure if it is an Apple issue or developer issue. Anyone facing this same issue with NordVPN??

This one works for me. Problem solved! ✅
Go into Settings > General.
Select Network.
Select Wi-Fi or Ethernet, depending on your Apple TV internet setup. (Here we have chosen Ethernet. If you are using Wi-Fi, select Wi-Fi and enter your wireless network credentials.)
Select Configure DNS.
Select Manual.
Enter the DNS address. These are our DNS servers: 103.86.96.100 or 103.86.99.100.
Afterwards, you MUST restart your Apple TV for the DNS change to take place.
Go into Settings > General > Restart.

If it works with a non-VPN connection, then the issue is not Apple’s.
I have the same issue now. Nord support has been useless so far. Really need this fixed! The mobile hotspot trick did not work for me.
Same issue here. It worked fine until a few weeks ago, when it logged me out and won't let me log back in. I have tried all the various suggestions, restarts, reinstalling the app, etc. Still no resolution as of July 11, 2024.
Just got a reply from Nord and they provided this fix and it worked.
Please change the DNS settings you are using to our DNS servers:
Go into Settings > General.

Yes! Same issue here.
I have don’t all of the above mentioned including restarting the router and resetting the software.. none worked!

I tried with two different WiFi connections (mine and my neighbours). What worked for my was setting up a mobile internet connection through my iPhone.
unfortunately it didn't work for me, I tried with my cell phone's mobile data and I haven't been successful yet.
I have the same issue, tried factory reset, using mobile hotspot, reset router. No luck..
Maybe it is time to switch to another vpn provider
Maybe it is time to switch to any vpn provider as NordVPN did not provide any helpful support in the Apple TV OS
