OVERVIEW

The Periodontics Dental Postgraduate Program offers an in-depth experience in the realm of periodontology and periodontics, involving clinical, didactic and research training.

The objective of the Periodontics Dental Postgraduate Program is to set a standard of excellence. We accomplish this by offering an in depth experience in the realm of periodontology and periodontics. The program involves both clinical and didactic training, including seminars, lectures, hands on demonstrations, and treatment of patients. Specialized areas of periodontics, such as implants, IV sedation, and research are explored. Basic and advanced surgical methods (e.g., traditional periodontal surgery, soft tissue grafts, sinus augmentation, guided bone augmentation and on lay graft) are all available as part of the program.


REQUIREMENTS

  • DDS or DMD equivalent
  • If your dental school instruction was not in English, you must provide documentation of English language proficiency by submitting iBT TOEFL scores. A minimum iBT TOEFL score of 84 or higher (less than 2 years old) is required
  • Official transcripts of all dental education completed

Periodontics Dental Postgraduate $31,500 for the one year program
$15,750 for the six-month program
DENTSPLY PEERS Fellowship No tuition; will receive stipend
