Excellent opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to play a key part in in the growth of an expanding M&E team within an International, Engineering and Design Consultancy.

Location: Frankfurt

Salary: € 75,000 - €95,000

Job Description:

The Resolute Group is working in partnership with an International, Engineering and Design Consultancy to assist with expanding their M&E Team who focus on Data Centre Projects.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

· Oversee the execution of data centre projects, including research, development, design, and coordination of engineering project services for mechanical installations, systems, equipment, and facilities.

· Design and implement controls, instruments, and operating systems for various building engineering services applications.

· Conduct surveys, tests, and assessments of existing electrical and mechanical installations, providing detailed reports.

· Specify activities to ensure manufacturing, construction, installation, and testing align with functional specifications and customer needs.

· Act as the primary representative of the company in technical meetings with customers, professional teams, and contractor groups.

· Prepare and modify specifications using tools such as Word or Excel.

· Ensure that engineering calculations and drawings adhere to industry standards and legal requirements.

· Validate the contributions of intermediate and graduate engineers to design projects.

Qualifications required:

· Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar

Skills and knowledge:

· Fluency in English written and spoken, beneficial to also speak German

· Previous professional experience (5-7 years) working on similar projects within Germany to local laws and regulations.

· Strong understanding of key health and safety issues and legislation.

· Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Excel, and other relevant software applications.

· Ability to utilize IT-based calculation and spreadsheet software effectively.

· Familiarity with BS standards, international regulations, and German codes is desirable.

· Capacity to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.

· Demonstrated managerial skills.
