    Smart production through RFID Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is becoming increasingly popular during automation and digitalization and #KUKA is already using the technology in many areas. RFID systems identify machines, tools, components, or other process-relevant objects in highly demanding and harsh industrial environments. This allows processes to be designed transparently and controlled precisely. This technology makes it possible to uniquely identify objects, determine their location and exchange information. Her secret to a well-functioning set-up is not to get stressed and to work together in a focused way. The star of the SIMTOS trade fair was the KMR iisy, which Antonia helped to develop. This year we won several of the most prestigious design awards for product and industrial design. 🧡🦾    We are proud of the Reddot Design Award in the "Best of the Best" category, which we received twice this year for our award-winning AMR platforms from the KMP series and our new generation of the KR 500 FORTEC, was also able to impress. Its compact design and optimized structure offer a perfect combination of performance and mobility.    In addition we also received an iF Design Award for our KR SCARA family and the KUKA smartPLUG, a teach pendant that allows to bring your own device.     The SCARA family received another Reddot Design Award.
