💪🏻 Teambuilding with our Young Talents   Experiencing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in practice – that's what our Young Talents had the chance to do during an exciting team project in May. In cooperation with the Kreisjugendring München-Stadt (Munich City District Youth Association) and TATENDRANG Freiwilligen-Agentur, they built a new wood storage area and a water slide for children at the adventure playground "Oase Neuhausen".   For our dual students, the project day included not only project management and coordination of the various teams, but also manual and physical work. The result is certainly impressive: not only did the playground benefit from the social commitment of our Young Talents, but also their team spirit across different departments and levels of training.   The feedback from the participants in our joint retrospective was positive: "The project brought our team closer together, strengthened our communication skills and showed us how to find creative solutions together. It was an enriching experience," says Tim, a dual student specialising in Business Administration, Retail Management & E-Commerce.   The commitment of our young talents has also shown us as a company what we can achieve when we work together – the goal of our Code of Conduct "We!
