Holiroots at Start-up BW Summit 2024!🚀 We are thrilled and honored to have been invited to this year's Start-up BW Summit! A major event that brought together #startups, companies, and investors from specially Baden-Württemberg, Germany, to pitch, network, and exchange ideas. During this one-day event, we were invited to pitch in front of over 100 people! The enthusiasm and support for our startup concept and product were truly inspiring. Heute ist Montag, doch die Emotionen vom vergangenen Freitag halten bei mir immer noch an. Was war das für ein aufregender und besonderer Tag✨🙌... Nach monatelanger Vorbereitung, hatte das 1. LIVE Pitch Event der Start-up Lounge letzten Freitag, endlich Premiere. 8 Finalistinnen und Finalisten, die ich persönlich im Vorfeld ausgewählt habe, durften ihr Start-up und ihre Produkte vor einem großartigen Publikum pitchen. Hierbei kämpften sie um die begehrte Testlistung in den offiziellen Testmärkten der Lounge. 8 unterschiedliche Stories, 8 unterschiedliche Gründerinnen und Gründer, 8 völlig verschiedene Produkte. Aber alle mit dem selben Ziel - den 1. Platz zu gewinnen. Die Jury bestand diesmal nicht nur aus den offiziellen Testmärkten, dem Category Management und mir, sondern aus allen geladenen Gästen. Jeder der Gäste durfte seine Stimme abgeben - aber warum? Nun ja, als Innovationmanagerin und Categorymanagerin wählt man Produkte nach bestimmten Auswahlkriterien aus. Ob man damit richtig liegt weiß man erst dann, wenn die Produkte sich im Markt durchsetzen. Also sind es eigentlich primär die Endverbraucher, die final für den Erfolg eines Produktes entscheiden. Und genau diese Endverbraucher-Sicht wollten wir eben im Voting mit berücksichtigen. Zwischen den beiden Pitch-Runden hat uns Batasta - Slames d.o.o., die Sieger des letzten Online Pitches, herzerfrischend über deren Reise vom Start-up Lounge Pitch bis zur finalen Auslieferung an das REWE Lager berichtet. Offen und ehrlich hat Martina Wanis über die ganzen Herausforderungen gesprochen, die sie hier erlebt hat. In einem gemeinsamen Gespräch mit mir hat sie den anwesenden Start-up auch viele wertvolle Tipps mitgegeben. Nach der Abstimmung und der Mittagspause war es dann soweit - die Preisverleihung stand an. Und nicht nur die Start-ups waren super aufgeregt und gespannt, sondern jeder der anwesenden Gästen (und am meisten ich😅) Wer hat wohl das Rennen gemacht? Sieger des 1. Live-Pitches wurden SINERY mit ihrem Fruit Sin - Der weltweit erste Obstbrand Longdrink mit natürlicher Limonade - ready to drink. Herzlichen Glückwunsch nochmal meinerseits🎉! Ich freue mich auf die weitere Zusammenarbeit mit Euch. Herzlichen Glückwunsch auch an die restlichen Finalistinnen und Finalisten, die alle Sieger der Herzen geworden sind. Die Gäste waren alle super begeistert - das hat man auch im Voting gesehen. Die Stimmendifferenz war wirklich sehr sehr gering . Holi-News 💥!!! Holiroots in BIOwelt Online business magazine! We had the opportunity to share with Biowelt magazine the social commitment behind our #startup Holiroots 🙌 This is the first time we are published in a #business #magazine, and it gave me goosebumps when I read the interview. I had the pleasure of engaging in a vibrant discussion with diverse actors from the food industry, including plant-based influencer Marie Dorfschmidt (@therawberry), gastro consultant Anna Karle , and Tanja Goldstein, owner of Heaven's Kitchen, and me as startup founder from Holiroots, we shared our insights, challenges, and visions for the future of plant-based nutrition. This was my first experience discussing with such a holistic panel. The conversation was quite rich and insightful, emphasizing that a shift towards plant-based nutrition requires holistic actions across various fields, disciplines, and backgrounds.
