Circula’s Summer Party set sail this year with a boat tour! 🛥 🎉 We kicked off the festivities with a pre-party on the boat, featuring a DJ, refreshing drinks, tasty snacks, and fun games that got everyone in the party spirit. 🌊 🎧 🍹 After our scenic cruise, we docked at Fluxbau, where the party continued. We enjoyed a delicious dinner, more drinks, and another DJ who kept the energy high on the dance floor. 🍽 🍸 🎧 The black and white dress code added a chic touch and made it a glamorous night! And let’s not forget the karaoke room, which was packed with enthusiastic singers all night long! 🎙 🎶 A huge shout-out to Salah Khemir for putting together this fantastic event and to our amazing People Team for all the helping hands. Het belang van je bedrijfscultuur maar weer eens onderstreept Vorige week plaatsten we een artikel over het belang van je bedrijfscultuur bij het aantrekken en behouden van het juiste talent voor jouw organisatie. Zeker jongere generaties vinden het belangrijk dat zij zich kunnen identificeren met de bedrijfscultuur. Uit onderzoek dat Circula uitvoerde onder meer dan 1.000 werknemers en meer dan 300 werkgevers blijkt dat werknemers de bedrijfscultuur binnen Nederlandse bedrijven een 7,5 geven. Een ruime voldoende dus. Uit het onderzoek blijkt ook dat veel bedrijven zich niet alleen inzetten voor een sterke interne bedrijfscultuur. Ook aan thema’s als duurzaamheid, diversiteit en liefdadigheid wordt aandacht besteed. Thema’s die van toenemend belang zijn voor veel werknemers. Als bedrijven zich hier niet actief mee bezighouden, ontstaat er een kloof tussen de normen en waarden van de werknemers en die van het bedrijf. En dit kan leiden tot ontevredenheid onder de medewerkers en zelfs tot vertrek. Als jouw organisatie nog geen duidelijk gedefinieerde bedrijfscultuur of kernwaarden heeft, is dit het moment om hiermee aan de slag te gaan! Last week marked an incredible milestone for Circula as we celebrated the grand opening of our brand new office space in Berlin, alongside a thrilling achievement - the launch of our very own Circula Credit Card! 🎈💳 The atmosphere was electric as our team gathered to celebrate.
