Unveiling success stories from Poland: BEHN + BATES for the starch industry   From the heart of our customer’s production hall: We are thrilled to share the success of our collaboration with Pepees in the potato starch industry! Our Polish customer benefits from a clean working environment thanks to our delivered INTEGRA FD 2, a fully automatic two-spout packaging solution based on our Plug ´n Pack concept. This cutting-edge system ensures the entire process - from bag application to filling and sealing - happens within a dust-tight enclosed cabinet.   Key project highlights Product: Potato starch Machine: INTEGRA FD 2 Machine capacity: 350 bags/h Filling weight: 25 kg Bags: Paper valve bags   How valve bag filling enhances the packaging process: - Hermetically tight product bags - High product protection - Minimization of product spillage - Cleanliness - Perfect bag shapes for stable pallets   Further key features of the project with Pepees include: - Air filling system: For efficient bagging into valve-type bags with simultaneous weighing. - Vertical magazine integrated in the machine frame: Holds 250-300 empty bags with adjustable settings for various bag sizes. - Valve bag applicator FRONTLINE: Automatic handling of paper valve bags and all other valve bag types, ensuring secure empty bag application through linear movements. - Metal detector: Detects and eliminates metal contaminants for enhanced product safety.   This project showcases the synergy between BEHN + BATES' innovative technology and Pepees' industry expertise.
