The Huaguan Technology Industrial Park in Zhuhai, China has long been a major consumer of electricity, with high production power demands leading to substantial energy costs. Oud dak eraf, isoleren, nieuwe dakpannen en 34 panelen van 455Wp. "Zijn panelen nog interessant?" Met de juiste visie zeker! Ik help iedere week nog steeds veel klanten met engineering en projectbegeleiding bij zonnepanelen. De foto zijn van een project waar het ongeisoleerde schuurdak gerenoveerd is. Er zijn eerst geïsoleerde dakplaten toegepast. Daarna is er gekeken welke dakpannen nog goed waren om te kunnen her gebruiken, een aantal zijn 2e hands bijgekocht. Het oost/west dak leende zich perfect voor zonnepanelen waarbij de klant eerst 17 panelen op west in zijn gedachten had. Na mijn uitleg over elektrificering, energieprijzen en zelfconsumptie heeft de klant toch besloten om op west ook 17 panelen te leggen. Alles stroom die 25 jaar lang, van voor tot najaar, van je eigen dak komt hoeft niet geproduceerd, getransporteerd en ingekocht te worden. Door de spreiding over oost en west is er automatisch al veel zelfconsumptie mogelijk. Er is gekozen voor geschroefde rvs dakhaken van Blubase - An Enstall Company, gescheiden plus en min in buis onder de dakpannen, en inductielus onder de panelen ook volledig in buis. STÄUBLI connectoren conform handleiding geplaatst aangezien deze ook op het paneel zaten. Connectoren met bundelbanden voor hoge temperaturen aan frame bevestigt. Voor maximale dakvulling zijn de 8 nieuwe dakramen slim gepositioneerd obv de paneelmaat. Er is gekozen voor Aiko Energy 455Wp full-Black glas/glas bifacial panelen voor maximaal vermogen per m2. De hybride (accu ready) omvormer is binnen slim gepositioneerd zodat als er een accu komt deze eenvoudig in de steeg naast de schuur kan komen te staan. Om zelfconsumptie verder te verhogen zal de klant slimmer met autolader omgaan en water gaan verwarmen obv zonoverschot. Gedragsverandering komt vanzelf voor overige apparatuur. De omvormer is slim genoeg om met dynamische prijzen om te gaan en kan netjes op zero-export worden ingesteld. We gaan omvormer nooit uitschakelen voor winstmaximalisatie maar focussen op zelfconsumptie van zonnestroom. Heel soms moeten we dan even stoppen met terugeleveren puur voor kostenreductie. Mooie producten welke zoveel mogelijk met kennis, ervaring en vakmanschap zijn aangebracht binnen de mogelijkheden van het project. Nog geen 10 maar een 9.5 wat mij betreft. Voldoende voor 25 jaar lang duurzame opwek. Als ik dan eind van de avond in het ondergaande zonnetje op de nok mag zitten en kijk naar het dakwerk dan snapt toch iedereen dat de zon gratis schijnt? Zorg voor spreiding, hou energie zoveel mogelijk onder je eigen dak, zorg voor flexibiliteit in opwek en verbruik en kies een lokale installateur obv vakmanschap. Vindt je energieleverancier boeven? Zonnepanelen waren nog nooit zo goedkoop dus waarom zou je dan niet zelf gaan opwekken? #kieskwaliteit #kennisdelen #samenwerken

ABC vs TOPCon? The results from #AIKO's latest project in Ningxia Power Design Institute is out! Higher Power Generation - ABC modules generate 9.55% more electricity per watt than TOPCon. Partial Shading Optimisation - During shaded conditions in the morning and evening, ABC modules outperform TOPCon by 79.01% and 54.19% respectively. Better Temperature Coefficient - Lower temperature coefficient of -0.26%/℃ delivers higher electricity output, even in the heat of noon. This project is to proof on how our ABC Modules are setting a new standards in efficiency and performance.
