New York School Vaccination
This database shows the percentages of students at each of more than 5,000 New York schools and districts who have gotten state-mandated vaccines to protect them against polio and six other diseases. Every public and private school must report those numbers to the state Department of Health by Dec. 15 each year through an online immunization survey. Click on each school name to see rates for specific vaccinations, including polio, measles, mumps, rubella, diptheria, hepatitis B, and varicella (chickenpox). Data is from the 2020-21 school year, the most recent available.
